This policy explains how the operator of GlowReelAI (“GlowReelAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile app, website, and AI image and video creation services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Account information
You may use the Service as a guest. When the app first runs, it creates an app-generated anonymous identifier and a separate app-generated device identifier. The Service uses these identifiers to create or retrieve your guest account, provide credits, retrieve generation history, and operate account-related features. If you choose to log in, we process the email address and password that you enter for authentication. The app stores the account identifier, email address, device identifier, and a cached credit balance on your device.
Photos and creation instructions
The app accesses your photo library only after you choose a photo for the photo-to-video feature. When you request that feature, the selected photo is uploaded to our generation service. We also send the prompt you enter, selected generation settings (such as format, resolution, duration, and aspect ratio), your account identifier, and a generation task identifier. We use these inputs to create the requested image or video.
Generated content and history
Our generation service returns generated images or videos and keeps generation task information available so the app can check task status and display cloud generation history. A history record can include the prompt, source-image reference, generation settings, task status, generated media links, creation time, and any error message returned for the task.
Credits, rewards, reports, and requests
We process your credit balance and reward-claim history to provide those features. If you submit a content report, the report may contain the result ID, media link, prompt, selected reason, and any details you provide. If you contact us or request account deletion, we process the information included in your message to respond to and verify the request.
Network information
When you connect to our API, our servers may receive the IP address and standard connection information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the request. The app sends its version, configured language and country values, and request timestamps when it contacts certain Service endpoints. The app does not request precise location data.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate guest and signed-in users; process, deliver, and troubleshoot requested generations; show generation history; maintain credits and rewards; respond to support, reporting, and deletion requests; detect and address fraud, abuse, and policy violations; protect the Service; and comply with applicable law. We do not use the photos or prompts you upload for third-party advertising or cross-app advertising.
3. Sharing, storage, and retention
Account information, prompts, selected photos, generation settings, task data, and generated content are processed through the GlowReelAI API at api.glowreelai.com and related upload and media-delivery infrastructure used to provide the Service. A selected photo is uploaded only when you start a photo-to-video generation. We do not include third-party advertising SDKs in the current version of the app and do not collect the Android Advertising ID.
We retain cloud account and creation data while it is needed to provide account, generation, and history features, and for a limited additional period when needed to resolve a request, protect the Service, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law. On a verified account-deletion request, we delete account data and cloud creations that we can associate with the account, except information that must be retained for those limited purposes. The app's local account data can also be cleared from the Account screen.
4. Your choices and rights
You can decide whether to provide a photo, prompt, login information, report details, or a support message. You can review account information in Profile, sign out, and request deletion of your account and cloud creations from the in-app Account Deletion option or our account deletion page. Guest users can include the Account ID shown in Profile with a deletion request. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
5. Children and international processing
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our service infrastructure may process information outside the country where you live.
6. Google Play data safety summary
The current Android release collects the following data categories in connection with app functionality: email address and password when a user chooses email login; photos selected for photo-to-video generation; prompts and other user-generated creation content; generated media and cloud history; app-generated device or account identifiers; and credit and reward records. Network requests may also provide IP address and standard connection logs to our servers.
These categories are used for account management, app functionality, security and fraud prevention, and support. They are not used for advertising or marketing, and the current app does not collect Android Advertising ID, precise location, contacts, payment-card data, health data, messages, or audio recordings. 7. Changes and contact
