Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GlowReelAI, the AI image and video creation service operated under the GlowReelAI name, including our mobile app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into this agreement. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for activity performed through your account.

GlowReelAI may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement. Credits are a limited in-service balance used for eligible creation features; they have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or be adjusted where permitted by law and disclosed to you.

2. Your content and AI output

You retain the rights you hold in material you submit, including photos and prompts. You grant GlowReelAI the limited rights needed to host, process, generate, store, and display that material and its output to provide and secure the Service. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for the material you upload, including the permission of people depicted in it.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, or similar to output made for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or sharing it and must not represent AI-generated output as authentic evidence of real events or people when that would mislead others.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material. This includes sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; harassment or hateful content; credible threats; graphic violence; instructions for dangerous wrongdoing; impersonation or fraud; material that infringes intellectual-property rights; and content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights.

Do not circumvent safety controls, probe the Service, interfere with its operation, use automated means to access it without permission, or resell access to it. We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict credits, suspend access, or take other appropriate action for a violation.

4. Reporting and account deletion

You can report generated content through the Report action in the app. Reports help us investigate potential policy violations. You can request deletion of your account and cloud creations through the in-app Account Deletion option or our account deletion page.

5. Disclaimers, liability, and contact

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, GlowReelAI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
